Before launching Colville in 2018, Molloy worked as the Design Director at Marni for over a decade, where she played a key role in shaping the brand's identity with her eye for bold prints, textile innovation, and eclectic color palettes. She also has experience working with Bella Freud and Betty Jackson, which further refined her design expertise.

Before launching Colville in 2018, Chambers spent 36 years at British Vogue, where she served as the Fashion Director for 25 years. Her styling work, known for its eclectic and colorful aesthetic, made her a prominent figure in the fashion world.
